Oliver R. Gutierrez
Mr. Gutierrez is a member of the Santa Clara County Bar Association and Board of Trustees of The Mexican Museum of San Francisco, and served as the Vice Chair of the 2006 Hispanic National Bar Association Convention. Mr. Gutierrez is fluent in Spanish. Mr. Gutierrez is the Immediate Past President of the San Francisco La Raza Lawyers Association and current Vice-President of the Peninsula La Raza Lawyers Association.
Mr. Gutierrez received his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and History from the University of California at Berkeley in May 1997 and his Juris Doctor from Santa Clara University School of Law in May 2001. Mr. Gutierrez was admitted to the State Bar of California on February 4, 2002.
