The aim of this webinar is to demystify the process of applying for a judicial appointment and to give attendees the tools to plan for that path. In particular, we hope to recruit attendees who are from groups or have chosen paths that might be "untraditional" for the bench so that we can inspire them to see a place for themselves in this process.
